Terms & Conditions

  1. The maintenance charges are for maintenance of white-labeled application hosted on our servers including periodic updates.
  2. Platform configuration is not included in white labelling the platform. Although Adiogent would assist the client and provide all relevant training and resources, the client would still be responsible for configuring the platform; Adiogent would not handle the configuration process on its own.
  3. No response situation: The company reserves the right to halt development if the client fails to respond after three days of notifications from the company. The company has the right to end the contract if the client doesn’t respond after five days of notifications from the company.
  4. Publicity and Communication: You consent to us using your social media accounts to publicize client agreements or closures when you do business with us. Before our business partnership begins, please notify us in writing if you would prefer that we not make such announcements.
  5. Payment terms:
    a. The kick-off amount is non-refundable.
    b. 18% GST is excluded on the mentioned cost
  6. Renewal in case of plan expiry:
    a. Post plan expiry, standard cost will be applicable as per the choice made by the client among the then available plans.
  7. Timeline:
    The timeline to deliver the solution is 6 – 10 working days.
    Please note: The timeline will be applicable from the date when the project is started and once all the requirements are shared by the client.

    For AdioEdtech Clients:- If you want a website Licence key, so you want to pay an extra 6000 Rs.
